during the Falls City Chamber Community Wide Garage Sale

    In conjunction with the Falls City Chamber of Commerce & Main Street's Community Wide Garage Sale, we are offering space in our party room for you set up your own Indoor Garage Sale!

    It's more enticing!
    Being indoors, without the cold, or the rain, or the wind... and having several others with their goods as well, more people will want to stop to see what's available.

    We will also be offering drinks, sweets, and a few breakfast items (and possibly lunch items) for the bargain hunters and sellers alike.


    Registration deadline to be included in Chamber advertising: April 25th.

What does it cost?

  • Approximately 12' x 12' area - $20 or
    Approximately 10' x 20' area - $25
    This price covers the $10 Chamber of Commerce fee for advertising and the floor space.
  • 5'/6' Table - $3 or 8' Table - $4
    Bring your own tables at no charge, or rent our tables for a small fee. We have a limited number of tables available and will be limiting to two 6' and one 8' per space until we know how many are being spoken for by April 25th.
  • Your receive 15% off
    any food or drink that you purchase from Smiley Bee during the event for you or your helpers.

OR
If you aren't available, let us sell for you:

  • We will provide you with colored price tags.  You will need to price all items before dropping them off.
  • No booth price as your stuff will be mixed with other's in our own area.  You also will not have individual advertising with the Chamber unless you arrange for it on your own.
  • We take 25% of the sales, minimum of $15 for up to approximately what would fit in a 8' x 8' booth.
  • You will not receive your payment until your remaining product is removed from the premises.
